Shipping & Delivery

We are continuing to accept online orders 24/7. Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. We offer various shipping options. 

• Standard Shipping : Once orders have been processed, they will be shipped  via USPS mail to the address listed at checkout. Shipping fees may vary. Standard delivery times will apply. Please look for your shipping confirmation emails. All items are sent  USPS mail. The BEST way to reach us is by email: info@hooopsbymo.org.
• FREE SHIPPING on all orders totaling $150 or more.
• Local Delivery : This delivery option is available for addresses located in Long Beach, CA only.

Returns & Replacements

We do not offer a refund or exchange on these personal use items. Refused items, items with wrong addresses, or moved addressees etc. will not be refunded. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order so that we can make adjustments before your product is shipped.
